Leading Hand Process Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Leading Hand Process Technician to join our Processing team.

Reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, you will be supporting the supervision of the Processing Team to ensure effective production and utilisation in achieving optimum process operations.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 8 day on, 6 day off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster at our Laverton Gold Operation.

The opportunity:

• Providing efficient and effective leadership support to the Process Shift Leads to ensure the processing plant can operate optimally at all times.
• Identifying areas for improvement within the process plant regarding safety, production, and cost.
• Contribute to the processing team with participation in commissioning plant and development upgrades.
• Supporting and assisting in the metallurgical process with targets achieved.
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner.

What we will expect from you:

• Minimum 5 Years mineral processing experience with 2 years in a leading role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Pronto experience is desirable.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
